Ladera Luxury Lodge Retreat & Spa is based in a special conservation area dedicated to the conservation and welfare of badgers and the protection of their sets and habitats for the public benefit.

LADERA BLUEBELL WOOD

The 22 acre conservation area at the Ladera Luxury Lodge Retreat & Spa location includes ponds, woodland, grasslands and peat lands. Whilst the bluebells themselves rollout their stunning carpet of colour in May of each year, the Bluebell Wood also reveals a host of golden daffodils to marvel at in March, preceded by sweeps of crocuses and snowdrops in January and February. Such as array of beauty sets the Ladera experience apart.

THE LAKE AND FISHING

The peaceful backdrop of the lake represents a focal point of the Ladera grounds. For residents who enjoy recreational fishing, the lake will be stocked with a good mix of fish species indigenous to the UK. For the more adventurous, very fine stretches of water are available just over the county border in Derbyshire.

THE LADERA SPA

As the ladera project takes shape there will be the opportunity to build a dedicated spa for its residents. The plan is to equip the Ladera Spa with swim-sized tubs suitable for hydrotherapy and full gym work-out supported by water. Various forms of therapeutic treatments will be available to enable clients to enjoy a very healthy lifestyle.

FINE DINING

World class cuisine at realistic prices is available within minutes for those who live at Ladera to make the most of that special occasion. Whether your preference is French, Belgian, English, Indian, Thai, Italian, Chinese or Fusion you will find a quality venue to satisfy your tastes and entice you back. CHESHIRE provides a rich source of fine foods for retauranteers with a wide range of local game and locally-reared beef, pork and poultry.

SHOPPING

If your preference is for quality boutiques in an histroic medieval setting then Chester, located to the West of Ladera, has a fine range of outlets. For a more modern setting, the Trafford Centre attracts customers from all over the North of England to shop at its dozens of designer outlets. On a more intimate scale the towns and villages of Wilmslow, Knutsford, Alderley Edge and Prestbury offer excellent shopping opportunities.

Chauffer driven vehicles are available to pickup from airports and stations and to allow you to explore the fine dining, outdoor activities and entertainment opportunities CHESHIRE offers.

CYCLING

Traffic-free paths, quiet rural lanes, pretty villages and unspoilt countryside combine to provide the perfect short break cycling holiday in the Peak District National Park. Whether you are already a cycling enthusiast of not, this break is a great way to enjoy the outdoors on a truly green, healthy break.

SAILING

From early March through to December you will always find some form of sailing on the lake at Redesmere. Throughout the season there is a regular series of sailing events for all abilities, be it racing, training or social sailing events.

SPRING

Springtime allows you to enjoy the majestic display of form and colour provided by the snowdrops, crocuses, daffodils and bluebells as they roll out in sequence in a silent but powerful tribute to the English countryside. Dancing in the breeze these traditional flowers greatly enrich the peace and tranquillity of life in your new lodge.

As Spring gives way to Summer, Ladera offers so many outdoor possibilities to its residents. Lazy days relaxing on the generous decking areas overlooking the lake. As Summer is succeeded by Autumn, the trees within Ladera's extensive grounds excel themselves with a glorious display of contrasting colours.
